Jim Wagner was invited as a guest speaker to the Escuela De Cadetes Gral. Don Manuel Belgrano (Officer Leadership School) in Misiones, Argentian on May 31, 2001. At the time of the invitation Jim Wagner was teaching a one-week SWAT (Special Weapons And Tactics) courses to various Argentinean and Paraguayan Special Operations teams to combat growing Islamic terrorism in the Tri-Border region.
